    Post High-Demand Religious Recovery

This group is designed for individuals who are in the process of healing from the psychological, relational, and sexual impacts of participation in high-demand or high-control religious systems. Whether you're newly questioning, years into deconstruction, or somewhere in between, this group provides a safe, affirming space to explore the ways religious doctrine, purity culture, and spiritual authority have shaped your identity, self-worth, and sexuality.

Together, we will examine themes such as:

The loss and grief of leaving a faith community

Shame and guilt around sexuality, pleasure, and body image

Navigating relationships after deconversion or religious disaffiliation

Reclaiming personal values, boundaries, and sexual autonomy

Redefining spirituality on your own terms (if desired)

Queerness and gender identity in the context of religious trauma

This group is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and trauma-informed. It blends psychoeducation, group discussion, and therapeutic processing to support you in reclaiming your truth, reconnecting with your body, and rebuilding a sense of self that is rooted in your values—not in fear or control.
